Vintage late 1970s or early 80s "secretary" style dress in burgundy (or perhaps magenta) crepe. Ruffles trim the faux surplice (does not open or uncross) bodice and elasticized cuffs. Comfy stretch waist with thread loops to hold the double self-fabric tubular belt. Unlined and semi-sheer. Midi length with walking slit at left.
